A CAT A+ fit-out at 138 Cheapside, this 13,594 ft² project repurposed an existing CAT B shell and tailored it for incoming tenant, Hollis. It was pre-let before work started on site and delivered in 15 weeks.

This 10,979 ft², CAT B fit-out is in Solihull's newly refurbished Air Building. A fully branded, activity-based workplace for 110 staff, it was delivered in 13 weeks and built in line with Robert Half's EMEA design guide.

A 12,955 ft² fit-out expanding Policy Expert's workplace across two floors. Not only to increase capacity, but to add flexibility and create an inspiring breakout space centred on the building's dramatic, triple-height atrium.

This CAT A+ workplace at 11 Strand, was designed to have high visual impact and a welcoming, clubhouse feel.

Our second major project with the Global Private Equity firm, this ambitious 27,000 ft² fit-out was completed in 28 weeks. And saw our client’s UK head office team relocate to one of London's most distinctive addresses

A sensitive CAT A fit-out at 63 Grosvenor Street, bringing a heritage building back into use without compromising the character that makes it exceptional.

This 8,000 ft² fit-out was in a challenging basement environment. We transformed it into a fresh, energetic incubator space for young entrepreneurs, full of light, life and room to think.

This five-week fit-out relocated our confidential client from 5,000 sqft in the West End to 8,000 ft² on Level 7 of The Shard. We expanded their capacity and improved their positioning without missing a beat.
