What is planned preventative maintenance (PPM)?

Planned preventative maintenance involves scheduling regular checks and servicing for your building's infrastructure and fabric. By proactively maintaining things before they break, we reduce the risk of unexpected failures, extend the lifespan of your assets, and prevent costly emergency repairs.

Can you help us figure out if our current office layout is working?

Yes, absolutely. That’s exactly what our Workplace Optimisation service is for. We conduct space utilisation reviews and occupancy analysis to see how your teams actually use the space, and then we recommend smart adjustments to improve flow and efficiency.

What are dilapidations?

Dilapidations refer to the legal obligations you have at the end of a commercial lease to return the property to its original condition. We manage this entire "make good" process, coordinating the necessary construction and repair works to ensure a smooth, compliant handover to the landlord.

Do you handle mandatory health and safety testing?

We certainly do. Our Compliance and Building Performance team coordinates all your statutory testing and periodic certification. We work with trusted specialist partners to ensure your mechanical, electrical, and public health systems are compliant and safe.
