11 Strand has won Project of the Year – Workplace Interiors – 5-10k sq ft, at the Mix Awards 2026.

Our Bermondsey Street HQ came alive once again as we welcomed clients, partners, suppliers and friends back into the courtyard for one of our favourite evenings of the year.A packed courtyard, live music, brilliant food, cold drinks and a guest list full of people we genuinely love working with. That is what made the night.

Earlier this month, we welcomed clients and guests to Steinway Hall for an evening with Jason Roy, former England cricketer and World Cup winner.

Following an internal design competition, the winning team recently travelled to Amsterdam to visit EDGE and get a first-hand look at the thinking behind some of the world's most sustainable workplaces.

This September, we will be taking on a charity cycling challenge in support of Demelza Charity. With the ride getting closer, Marti, Geoff & Hugo were back out on the road this weekend, clocking up 82km as part of their training.

For our team, CDW is always more than a few days out of the office. It’s a chance to step into the conversations shaping the future of workplace design, reconnect with partners and bring fresh thinking back to our clients and projects.

Marcus took on the Hackney Half once again, setting a new PB of 01:54:24 while raising more than £550 for Hackney Night Shelter.

We were back at QPR’s stadium for the Mental Health World Cup, raising over £2,100 for mental health and support charities across the country.

For the second year running, our team walked 15 miles through London overnight, raising more than £3,700 for breast cancer support and research.

Our project at 11 Strand for Avery Real Estate has been recognised in the 5K–10K sq ft Project of the Year category and we couldn’t be prouder of the team behind it.

We put the two Lucys and Andrew in front of the camera for a quick-fire round of ‘This or That’, tackling the questions that could either divide or unite the team.
