Certified Systems

We have established and implemented a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, alongside our ISO 14001:2015 certification for environmental management. Together, they form the framework that governs how we run our business - from project planning and procurement to delivery and aftercare.

Our quality objectives are clear: deliver exceptional customer service, develop robust process flows, set measurable objectives, implement proper procurement controls and ensure full legal compliance. We review, audit and refine these systems regularly, so they never become stale or tick-box.

This means independent assurance that our processes meet the highest international standards. Real rigour, properly evidenced - not a certificate gathering dust in reception.

Certified Systems

Quality Control

Quality does not happen by accident. We run our own continuous defects inspection process using Site Audit Pro, generating photographic reports that are sent straight to trades for action within three days. Nothing slips through, nothing waits.

We also establish quality through benchmarking - identifying sample areas on site early, agreeing the standard with you, then using that benchmark to measure every comparable element that follows. It is a clear, visible, agreed reference point that takes the subjectivity out of "is this good enough?"

The benefit is consistency. Every wall, every joint, every finish measured against the same standard, with photographic evidence and tight turnaround on every action.

Quality Control

Smart Technology

We use the right tools to keep quality high and communication tighter. Procore is our central hub - cloud-based construction management software that holds every drawing, RFI, photo, schedule and snag list in one place, giving you real-time visibility and full audit trail.

Matterport lets us create highly accurate digital twins of your site, reducing repeat visits and streamlining surveys, progress assessments and cost estimations. And Denaploy Ltd handles our digital handover documentation, compiling clear, fully compliant Operations & Maintenance manuals so your facilities team has everything they need from day one.

Technology should make quality easier to evidence, not harder. Our tools give you transparency, traceability and a single source of truth on every project.

Commissioning & Handover

Quality has to land properly at the finish line. Our commissioning runs as a clear four-phase process: pre-commissioning to verify functionality, main commissioning after the construction clean, witness testing with M&E consultants, Fire Officer and Building Control Officer in attendance, and finally client demonstrations with full operational training for your team.

We deliver a complete handover pack covering As Built documentation, H&S file, O&M manuals, test certificates, building control final certificate, collateral warranties, waste management report, key schedule and snagging schedule.This is where the small details really matter. A thorough, well-evidenced handover means you can occupy your new space with absolute confidence - and we are right there with you if anything needs attention.

FAQ's

Are you ISO 9001 certified?

Yes. We have established and implemented a Quality Management System in full accordance with ISO 9001:2015, and we hold ISO 14001:2015 certification for environmental management. Both are independently audited, reviewed regularly and form the backbone of how we plan, deliver and review every project we take on.

How do you control quality on site?

We run a continuous snagging process using Site Audit Pro, generating photographic reports sent to trades for action within three days. What technology do you use to manage projects?
