FAQ's

What does Detail & Build actually mean?

It means you already have a developed design (usually to RIBA Stage 4) from an architect or consultant. We then step in to complete the highly detailed technical drawings and physically build the space, acting as the bridge between concept and completion.

Will you change our architect's design?

No. Our role is to protect and deliver the original creative intent. We only make changes if a detail isn't technically buildable or if we find a way to value-engineer the project to save you money without compromising the look and feel.

Why is technical coordination so important?

It prevents expensive mistakes on site. By coordinating the architectural, mechanical and electrical plans before we build, we ensure everything fits together perfectly and avoid clashes that cause delays.

Do you manage the external consultants?

Yes. We act as the central point of contact. We manage the dialogue between structural engineers, IT specialists and suppliers, keeping the whole team aligned and moving forward efficiently.
