Workplace Creations is a design and build company with a difference. We combine the creativity of a design studio with the rigour of a construction firm, delivering workplaces that look incredible and work perfectly. But more than that, we are a people business. We care deeply about the experience of working together, the relationships we build and the impact our spaces have on your culture.

Our Philosophy

We built this business on relationships, not transactions. From the first conversation to the final handover, we're fully invested in every project we take on. That means honest conversations, clear decisions and a team that shows up - on site, on time, on budget - whatever it takes to get it right. No passion, no point. It's been on our wall since day one, and it still means everything.

We believe the best results come from real collaboration. Not just between our designers and delivery team, but between us and our clients. We listen carefully, ask the questions others might not, and challenge the brief when we think there's a better way. Because the spaces we create aren't just ours to be proud of - they're yours to work in, every day. That matters to us. Genuinely.

And when things get difficult - because sometimes they do - we don't step back. We lean in. We adjust, realign and persist until we've met the brief and our own standards. That's not a process. That's passion. And it's just how we're wired.

Over 20 Years of Excellence

2003

Workplace Creations founded. Design, build and maintain - under one roof, from day one.

2004

We deliver our first project, a Tea Point for Willis Towers Watson in Reigate.

2005

Following expansion of the team we relocate to Vesty Industrial Estate in Sevenoaks.

2008

Our business continues to grow - we move into London and our HQ on Bermondsey Street.

2010

Our partnership with Forvis Mazars begins - the first of many long-term relationships that define who we are.

2016

We secure our first project in The Shard, London for Jellyfish - a springboard for continued works in one of London's most iconic buildings.

2022

Our first Southern Regional Office opens in Leatherhead - a key strategic move to support our strong client base in the area.

2023

We win Mixology Project of the Year for our Northeastern University campus at St Katharine Docks. Design excellence, recognised.
