Workplace Interior Design

We create spaces that capture your culture, energise your people and make them feel valued.

Interior design is where your workplace finds its personality. It’s the magic that turns a floor plan into a place with a story, a feeling and a purpose. We get under the skin of your brand to develop a creative concept that brings your culture to life - using colour, materials, lighting and furniture to create a space people genuinely want to be in. It’s about creating an experience that feels authentically you.

‍

Our designs are made for people to spend time in, not just looked at. They are thoughtful, functional and built to last. We focus on creating an environment that looks incredible and supports the wellbeing and productivity of your team. Making them feel connected to your organisation’s purpose.

Briefing & Requirements

A great design needs a great brief. We work with you to define exactly what you need the project to deliver. This involves translating your strategic, operational and cultural goals into a detailed set of Requirements - the north star for the project's design and delivery.

A robust brief provides total clarity for everyone involved. It minimises risk, ensures tender prices are accurate and holds the delivery team accountable for achieving your specific vision and quality standards.

Briefing & Requirements

Space Planning

Good design starts with a brilliant layout. We take the strategic brief and map out how your space will flow. We figure out the best arrangement of departments, team zones, quiet areas and social hubs, making sure every inch of your office works hard and feels right for your people.

The plan is the foundation for what your workplace will be. It delivers efficiency, encourages the right kinds of interaction and makes the workplace feel intuitive. And it enables your people to do their best work.

Concept Design

This is where we bring the big idea to life. We explore different creative directions to capture the spirit of your brand. We use mood boards, sketches and realistic 3D visuals to show you how your new workplace will look and feel. The result? You get excited and grow confident in the creative vision.

A strong concept ensures your workplace has a cohesive and compelling identity. It’s the story that guides every design choice, creating a space that is not just beautiful, but also meaningful and memorable.

Material & Finishes Selection

Details make the design. We guide you through the world of materials and finishes, helping you select the right textures, colours and products. From flooring and fabrics to acoustic panels and lighting, we curate a palette that aligns with your vision, budget and sustainability goals.

Thoughtful material selection elevates a space from good to great. It adds character, improves acoustics and ensures durability. We help you make choices that are beautiful, sustainable, and practical. And achieve a high-quality finish that will stand the test of time.

Neurodivergent & Wellness Design

A great workplace should support everyone. We design inclusive environments that cater to a wide range of sensory and cognitive needs. This means creating a variety of spaces - from calm, low-stimulus zones for focused work to active areas for collaboration - giving people choice and control over their environment.

Designing for neurodiversity and wellness is simply good design. It creates a more comfortable, productive and supportive workplace for all your people, showing them they are cared for and helping everyone to thrive.

Specialist Design

Sometimes a project needs something extra special. Whether it’s a bespoke reception desk, a complex auditorium, a broadcast-ready studio, or a high-end client suite, our team has the specialist expertise. We design unique features that deliver specific functionality while integrating seamlessly with the overall design.

These specialist elements can transform a workplace. They become landmark features that enhance your brand, provide unique capabilities and make your space memorable.

Specialist Design

Branding Identity & Integration

Your workplace should be a physical expression of your brand. We go beyond just putting a logo on the wall. We weave your identity into the fabric of the space through colour, materials and custom graphics that tell your story and express your values in a three-dimensional way.

This creates a powerful sense of belonging and purpose. It constantly reminds your team what you stand for and makes a memorable first impression on clients, turning your workplace into a powerful brand asset.

We create spaces with soul. Places people truly love to be in.

Our design process is built on passion and partnership. We want to get to the heart of what makes you tick and create something that feels personal and inspiring. It’s a collaborative journey aimed at creating a space that resonates with your people on an emotional level.

We believe the best workplaces spark connection and make people feel valued. Our goal is to hand over a space that not only functions perfectly but also brings a smile to your face every time you walk through the door.

FAQ's

What’s the difference between an interior designer and an architect?

An architect typically designs the building’s core and shell. An interior designer focuses on the experience inside the space - the layout, finishes, furniture, lighting and how it all comes together to support the people using it.

How do you make sure the design reflects our company culture?

We start by listening. We spend time with your team to understand your values, work rituals and what makes you unique - then we go deep into your brand guidelines to make sure every design decision, from colour and materials to space planning, feels unmistakably and authentically you.

Can you work with our existing furniture?

Yes, absolutely. We can conduct an audit of your existing furniture, fixtures and equipment and advise on what can be reused, refreshed, upcycled or recycled. We’re big on sustainability and will always look to integrate existing pieces where it aligns with the design vision.

How do we know what the space will look like before it’s built?

We use a range of tools to help you visualise the design. This includes 2D plans, mood boards with material samples and highly realistic 3D renders and virtual reality walkthroughs. You’ll have a very clear picture of the end result.

What is FF&E?

FF&E stands for Fixtures, Fittings and Equipment. It’s a catch-all term for all the loose items in a building, such as desks, chairs, storage units, artwork, crockery, decorative lighting and even kitchen appliances.

How do you design for employee wellness?

We focus on things like maximising natural light, improving air quality, providing great acoustics and offering a choice of work settings. We also incorporate biophilic design - using natural materials and plants - to create a calmer, healthier environment.
