Accredited Standards
We hold the accreditations that matter and we use them properly. We are certified to the CHAS Standard, confirming compliance with National Health & Safety Regulations, approved by SafeContractor and accredited under the CQMS Safety-Scheme. Our insurance is managed by Clear Insurance Management Limited, FCA regulated and rigorously maintained.
We align our practices with ISO 45001 principles, embedding occupational health, safety and welfare into the way we run sites, supply chains and our offices. These are not badges on a wall - they are the framework we work within every single day. This means you get a partner who has been independently assessed against the highest national standards. Qualified People
Brilliant safety culture starts with brilliant people. Every project we lead is run by qualified, experienced professionals who hold the right tickets for the job.
Our Project Managers carry NVQ Level 7 Construction Senior Management qualifications, Black CSCS Cards, Prince 2 Practitioner accreditation and PASMA certification. Our Site Managers are SMSTS qualified with First Aid and Asbestos Awareness training. Our Head of Construction, holds CSCS Health & Safety credentials, and we work with a Chartered member of IOSH (CMIOSH), as our external H&S consultant providing CDM and Principal Designer advice.
It is a deep bench of expertise. The right people, properly qualified, on every site - taking nothing for granted and protecting everyone involved.
Safe Systems
We aim to work toward zero accidents and we take that ambition seriously. Our safe systems of work govern every project - reviewed regularly, communicated clearly and built around the principle that the right behaviours should become second nature on site, not an afterthought. We develop, implement and monitor procedures that reduce the likelihood of accidents, incidents and dangerous occurrences at every stage. Every member of our team is given the information, instruction and training they need to work safely - and we hold our supply chain to exactly the same standard.
To keep safety visible and accountable across every site, we use Breadcrumb - a dedicated construction safety and compliance platform that digitises inductions, attendance, permits and certifications in one place. It integrates directly with Procore, giving us a complete, real-time picture of who is on site, what they are cleared to do and where any compliance gaps need attention.
CDM & BSA 2022
We take our regulatory responsibilities incredibly seriously. We are fully competent to fulfil both the Principal Designer and Principal Contractor roles under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations and the Building Regulations.
Our Head of Design, Neil Thomas, leads as Principal Designer, ensuring full compliance with BSI Flex 8670. Our Managing Director, Ross Wilkinson, oversees Principal Contractor duties aligned with PAS 8672 - and never undertakes or accepts non-compliant work.
We are fully equipped to navigate the Building Safety Act 2022, including the three-stage Gateway Process and the Golden Thread of Information for High Risk Buildings. This matters because UK construction regulation is becoming more demanding, not less. Working with a contractor who genuinely understands their duties protects you, your project and your reputation.
