Contemporary, unbranded and full of personality. This 18,000 ft², two-phase fit-out puts everything a diverse trading team needs in easy reach at the client’s new London HQ.

This 44,000 ft², two-phase fit-out brought to life Northeastern University's first campus outside North America. Set in Devon House, St Katharine Docks, it won Project of the Year at Mixology 2023.

This was our third major project with Berenberg, one of the world’s oldest investment banks. The 24,000 ft² seventh-floor fit-out consolidated teams from two floors in the same building into one of the largest investment research floors in the City. And created a landmark multi-use hub at its heart.

This nature-inspired workplace was designed to bring a young and growing team back together. A 13,000 ft² CAT B fit-out for ESP Utilities,  it was delivered at pace against a live and evolving base build.

A 13,000 ft² CAT A+ fit-out for LaSalle Investment Management at Greycoat Stores. We created a workspace with a clubhouse feel that leans into the building's industrial heritage while staying adaptable for the widest range of tenants

A 12,955 ft² fit-out expanding Policy Expert's workplace across two floors. Not only to increase capacity, but to add flexibility and create an inspiring breakout space centred on the building's dramatic, triple-height atrium.

Northeastern University's London staff needed to relocate. This 10,936 ft² fit-out at Marble Quay provided a sophisticated, future-ready workplace for them. It has close links with Devon House, their previous base, while carving out an identity all of its own.

This CAT A+ fit-out spanned 9,100 ft² of long-vacant space on Hanbury Street. We created three distinctive flex offices in 8 weeks, and all were pre-let before practical completion.
