Unlocking potential

The brief was to bring a dated, long-unoccupied Mayfair building back to life. That meant resolving fabric issues, upgrading infrastructure and delivering high-quality, flexible workspaces for independent businesses. All while respecting the building's original heritage, character and Mayfair setting.

The refurbishment began by stripping the building back to its core, giving us a full understanding of the existing structure and the opportunities it held. Every design decision then added value, while respecting the character of the property.
