What is the difference between CAT A and CAT B?

Think of CAT A as the finished, functional shell - raised floors, ceilings, and working building services. CAT B is when we bring in the partitions, furniture, fixtures, fittings and branding to make it your bespoke workplace.

What does Detail & Build mean?

It’s a service where you already have a design concept in place, and we take over to handle the technical detailing and physical construction. We protect the integrity of the concept design, bringing the vision to life flawlessly while ensuring it's technically sound and buildable.

Can you refurbish our office while we are still working in it?

Absolutely. We’re highly experienced at delivering occupied refurbishments. We carefully phase the work and manage logistics to ensure your team can keep working with minimal disruption.
