We're a multi-disciplined team - commercial managers, designers, project managers, furniture and workplace specialists - who are genuinely invested in every project we take on. No passengers. No egos. Just a shared drive to do brilliant work and build lasting relationships while we're at it.

Ross founded Workplace Creations in 2003 with a simple but powerful belief: that the spaces people work in should make them feel something. More than two decades on, that belief still drives everything we do.
As Managing Director, Ross leads with the same energy and conviction he brought to day one - setting the standard for how we work with clients, how we show up on site, and how we hold ourselves to account. His background spans design, construction and project management, which means he speaks every language in the room.
Clients trust Ross because he never overpromises and always delivers. And the team follow his lead because he genuinely cares - about the work, about the people doing it, and about getting it right.

Colleen has been at the heart of Workplace Creations since the beginning. As Finance Director, she's a key reason the business runs as well as it does - sharp, considered, and quietly indispensable to everything we deliver.
Behind every well-managed project and healthy client relationship, there's a layer of financial rigour and operational care that Colleen brings without fuss. She's a founding force in the truest sense: not just there at the start, but still shaping the direction of the business today.
