A 12,955 ft² fit-out expanding Policy Expert's workplace across two floors. Not only to increase capacity, but to add flexibility and create an inspiring breakout space centred on the building's dramatic, triple-height atrium.

Brief

Another floor, more possibilities

The brief was to expand Policy Expert's workplace across Level 2 and Level 11. The client wanted a cohesive experience across both floors, despite the physical distance between them, with brand-inspired design running consistently throughout. And they wanted Level 11 to become a destination in its own right.

Approach

Setting the foundations

A well-organised site setup was essential to programme certainty and efficient progress. Clear phasing, logistics planning and robust site management laid the groundwork for a smooth delivery from day one.

Shaping the environment

As the fit-out took shape, carefully planned workplace settings began to define how people would use the space. A balanced mix of focused, collaborative and social settings meant the workplace could support a wide range of activities and working styles.

Creating a destination workplace

The completed environment supports both productivity and employee wellbeing. High-quality amenities, flexible work settings and hospitality-inspired spaces create a workplace that encourages people to connect, collaborate and do their best work.

Taking design to new heights

The building's triple-height atrium was the standout architectural opportunity on Level 11. We made it the centrepiece of the floor, designing a feature breakout hub that uses the full drama of the space to create something truly memorable.

Divide and conquer

Flexible training rooms that open up or divide down give the team a versatile range of configurations for learning, workshops and large team sessions. So they can adapt the space to whatever the day demands, without needing a full room changeover.

A brand-based palette

We drew bold accents, warm textures and contemporary materials from Policy Expert's own brand. Giving both floors a strong, consistent identity that feels designed for the company rather than simply installed in it.

Details

Brand-led shades are layered over warm textures and contemporary materials. A palette that gives both floors a consistent, vibrant identity while letting the drama of the triple-height atrium speak for itself.
