When Amova chose to relocate to 36 Queen Street, the space already had a recently completed Cat A+ fit out. Our challenge was to adapt the existing workplace to suit their people and operational needs, while retaining the character, design features and finishes that had attracted them to the building in the first place.

A 13,000 ft² CAT A+ fit-out for LaSalle Investment Management at Greycoat Stores. We created a workspace with a clubhouse feel that leans into the building's industrial heritage while staying adaptable for the widest range of tenants.

Situated on Marylebone Lane, in the heart of the West End, we transformed Steinway Hall with a considered redesign of the external façade, ground floor showroom, hospitality areas and practice rooms for artists and ambassadors, creating a London destination that reflects the quality and character of one of the world’s most recognised brands.

This CAT B fit-out at Capital Square, Edinburgh reflects the look, feel and culture of Forvis Mazars’ wider portfolio, while giving the space a presence that's entirely its own.

On Level 9 of The Shard, this 15,361 ft² CAT B fit-out relocated Robert Half and Protiviti one floor down. And gave two long-established affiliate businesses a shared home with distinct identities and room to collaborate.

This CAT A+ fit-out spanned 9,100 ft² of long-vacant space on Hanbury Street. We created three distinctive flex offices in 8 weeks, and all were pre-let before practical completion.
