A light-filled Wimbledon workplace

This Scandi-inspired workplace was designed to be paper-free and support a thoroughly modern way of working. A 4,000 ftΒ² CAT B fit-out for Morr & Co, it captures the building's architecture and embraces its spectacular views.

Brief

Modern, flexible and welcoming

Moving on from an office they'd occupied for years, Morr & Co needed a complete reset. They wanted a fresh, contemporary workplace that balances professionalism with warmth. It needed to be flexible enough to accommodate partners visiting from other offices and impressive enough to host clients. And it had to provide an improved working environment for the team day to day.

Approach

Construction Image 1

Maximising the opportunity

The project began with a bright, open floor plate that offered significant potential for transformation. By making the most of the natural light, views and existing building features, we created a flexible framework to support the client's long-term ambitions.

Shaping the workplace

As the fit-out progressed, carefully planned changes defined a variety of workplace settings. We introduced meeting rooms, support spaces and collaborative areas in a way that kept the floor open while creating a clear, functional layout.

Creating a lasting impression

The completed workplace reflects Morr & Co's identity through a carefully considered arrival experience and high-quality finishes. We combined brand expression with a welcoming atmosphere to create a space that supports employees and leaves a positive impression on clients and visitors.

β€œA huge thank you to the team at Workplace Creations for bringing our vision to life in our new Wimbledon office. We’re delighted with the result”

Features

Features Image 1

Sliding walls for flexible space Β

Sliding walls allow meeting rooms to open up into the wider space. Which gives the team the adaptability to host client meetings, partner visits, team sessions and social events without being limited by fixed walls.

Features Image 2

High ceilings and halo lighting

The building's exceptional ceiling height is fully celebrated with halo lighting running through the space. It draws the eye upwards and reinforces the bright, airy quality that makes this workplace feel so different.

Features Image 3

Space to step outside

A teapoint with direct access to a terrace gives the team a reason to step away from their desks and into the fresh air. It’s a rare amenity in a Wimbledon office, and one that makes a real difference to day-to-day wellbeing.

Features Image 4

An uplifting Scandi palette

hites and soft neutrals form the base of the scheme. They’re lifted by acoustic panels, textures and carefully chosen furnishings that bring warmth and calm to a space that could easily have felt cold and clinical.

Details

The clean Scandi palette keeps the focus on the architecture and the spectacular views beyond. With neutrals and textures taking their cues from the building's exposed concrete and steel.
