Continue the story, raise the bar

William Grant & Sons needed their ground floor to match the quality already established across the building's upper floors - while creating something distinctly client-facing. The brief was to respect what already existed and bring the same level of craft and character to a space designed to welcome and impress.

Approach

Respecting the existing character

The project began with a full strip-out, creating the opportunity to modernise the ground floor while preserving what made the building special. Upgraded services established the foundations for a high-performing space built to serve the business long-term.

Bringing bespoke elements together

As the project progressed, bespoke joinery, feature lighting and carefully integrated design details began to define the space - introducing warmth and personality while creating settings that feel as considered as they are functional.
