A comprehensive refurbishment across the home of BBC Radio Sussex in Brighton. The scheme comprised CAT A+ and CAT A workspaces, upgraded facilities and a bold new street presence – and all while keeping the station on air.

This CAT A+ workplace at 11 Strand, was designed to have high visual impact and a welcoming, clubhouse feel.

This 44,000 ft², two-phase fit-out brought to life Northeastern University's first campus outside North America. Set in Devon House, St Katharine Docks, it won Project of the Year at Mixology 2023.

This nature-inspired workplace was designed to bring a young and growing team back together. A 13,000 ft² CAT B fit-out for ESP Utilities,  it was delivered at pace against a live and evolving base build.

Contemporary, unbranded and full of personality. This 18,000 ft², two-phase fit-out puts everything a diverse trading team needs in easy reach at the client’s new London HQ.

This CAT B fit-out at Capital Square, Edinburgh reflects the look, feel and culture of Forvis Mazars’ wider portfolio, while giving the space a presence that's entirely its own.

A CAT A+ fit-out at 138 Cheapside, this 13,594 ft² project repurposed an existing CAT B shell and tailored it for incoming tenant, Hollis. It was pre-let before work started on site and delivered in 15 weeks.

A sensitive CAT A fit-out at 63 Grosvenor Street,  bringing a heritage building back into use without compromising the character that makes it exceptional.
