We brought the year to a close the way we like to do things. Together. Our Christmas party at the top of The Gherkin was one to remember. A chance to pause, reflect on a strong year and roll out the red carpet for our very own Workplace Oscars. Celebrating the people, projects and moments that shaped 2025.

Our Reigate office hosted this year’s Christmas wreath making session and it was a great way to bring the team together at the end of a busy season.

We wrapped up last week with a trip to the Battersea Power Station ice rink, and it was a great night out. The team swapped laptops for skates and spent the evening together with plenty of laughs, a few bold attempts at skating and the occasional wobble that made it even more fun.

This week, we caught up with Maisie, Lauren and Ella, three brilliant members of our design team who began their journey with us as placement students, and Amelia who's currently with us on her placement year.

Our annual Halloween Bake-Off returned last week, and it was another great one. Eight brilliant entries filled the table with everything from ghostly biscuits to rich chocolate cakes, alongside plenty of friendly competition too.

We’re wishing Nina all the love, joy and calm in the exciting weeks ahead as she prepares to welcome her little one.The team marked the occasion with a baby shower in our regional office with plenty of cake, laughs and a few thoughtful gifts to send her off in style.

The team took some time out this week for a lunchtime yoga session, and it was just what we needed. A great reminder that wellbeing and productivity go hand in hand, sometimes stepping away from the desk helps you come back even more focused.

It's the first of October and our Student Designer, Amelia has been curating an autumnal mood board, layering terracotta tones, rich browns and natural textures to capture the warmth and comfort of the season.
