One of the many reasons we love our workplace.

We took on a spin session this week as the build up to the Brussels to Demelza Cycle Challenge continues. It is safe to say the team felt this one, but that is all part of it, all in support of Demelza and the families they care for every day.

We’ve been back on site at Steinway & Sons, capturing how it’s being used day to day and speaking with the team who bring it to life.

Yesterday we kicked off our first session of 2026 with an all female panel to mark International Women’s Day, bringing together founders and leaders for an open and honest conversation about leadership, growth and purpose.

Our project for Forvis Mazars has been named a finalist at this year’s BCO Awards, celebrating a workspace designed around growth, performance and people.

Since joining us from Nottingham Trent University for her placement year, Amelia has stepped straight into studio life. She’s been selecting finishes, building mood boards, supporting photography and helping push live projects over the line. Hands on from day one.

We’re sitting down with Tom and Raj from our Technical Design team. They share how ideas become buildable reality, how detail drives decision making, and why clarity at this stage makes all the difference later on.

Being back on site and speaking with the Forvis Mazars team gave us valuable insight into how the space is supporting their day-to-day work. From focused tasks to collaboration and everything in between, it was great to see the workplace being used as intended, and in ways we couldn’t fully predict.

This week’s run came with a tasty incentive from Franco, £1 off a pizza for every kilometre run.

We are delighted to share some brilliant news. Kerrie Burgess has been promoted from Project Director to Regional Director. Kerrie will lead the continued growth and expansion of our Workplace South team, based from our Reigate office.
