As part of Forvis Mazars’ regional growth strategy, the Bristol team sought a workspace that aligned with the firm’s wider portfolio while reflecting the character of the city and the striking architecture of the building. This was our latest collaboration following the success of their London and Edinburgh offices. The challenge was to create a versatile environment that satisfied both local team needs and the ambitions of the property team, striking the right balance between focused work settings and collaborative, community-driven areas.

Our team worked hand in hand with Forvis Mazars’ stakeholders to understand the nuances of how their people use space. We drew from lessons learned on previous projects, presenting successful examples from other regional offices to build confidence in a more progressive, less desk-heavy layout. The design intent was to create a space that felt unmistakably Mazars yet distinct to Bristol, mirroring the city’s energy and creativity while remaining rooted in the firm’s identity.

The new 7,8000 sq ft workspace offers a dynamic mix of zones, from quiet focus areas to open collaboration spaces and flexible event areas. A welcoming town hall forms the social heart of the office, while a defined client zone provides a professional yet open setting for meetings and visits. The design palette layers Mazars’ signature blue with fresh tones of sage green and zesty yellow, complemented by patterned wallpapers, warm lighting and biophilia to bring texture and vibrancy throughout.

Forvis Mazars Bristol now enjoys a versatile, future focused workplace that empowers its team to work, meet and connect in ways that suit their day. The new environment supports growth, flexibility and wellbeing, while providing a modern backdrop for hosting events and welcoming clients.
