# Workplace Creations

> Workplace Creations is a commercial workplace design, build and maintenance company. We design, build and maintain workplaces people love — and we don't stop at handover. Since 2003 we've created commercial offices across the UK that connect, energise and empower people, with one team owning every stage: the design that sets the brief, the build that delivers it, and the upkeep that protects it.

Workplace Creations combines the creativity of a design studio with the rigour of a construction firm. We deliver Cat A, Cat A+ and Cat B fit-outs, refurbishments and ongoing maintenance for occupiers, landlords, asset managers and developers — across professional services, finance, commercial, public sector and education.

Our guiding idea is "Love Your Workplace", and our way of working is "No passion, no point". Our values are Enthusiasm, Integrity, Persistence, Passion and Sustainability. The business was founded in 2003 by Managing Director Ross Wilkinson and works from studios in London (Bermondsey HQ) and Reigate, Surrey, with a team of over 100.

Two specialist divisions sit within the business: Core Works, our small works division for planned and reactive projects, and Furniture Studio, our furniture-led design and procurement team and a leading MillerKnoll dealership. We also publish thought leadership, news and events under Insights.

Key credentials: certified to ISO 9001:2015 (quality) and ISO 14001:2015 (environmental); CHAS, SafeContractor and CQMS Safety-Scheme accredited; aligned with ISO 45001 principles; no HSE enforcement or prohibition notices in the past five years; and working towards B Corp certification. Recent recognition includes Contractor of the Year at the London Construction Awards 2025 and Project of the Year at Mixology 2023 for the Northeastern University campus at Devon House.
