By visiting a site we are able to visually inspect the space, as well as take accurate dimensions and record the aspects for consideration for any potential scheme.
We create a CAD plan of the space as a general arrangement (GA) which is then kept as a technical record along with the photographs and a list of potential issues in relation to the space.
The GA can be used as part of the submission for planning consent and as a brief for any scheme that may be developed. The GA is also used by sub-contractors as a foundation for any work they may be asked to undertake in relation to moving, stripping out or modifying services.
